Summary

• fix login, websocket, and Docker runtime config so Logarr works correctly from LAN and reverse-proxy/browser origins
• make database URL validation fail clearly instead of falling back to the process user on malformed PostgreSQL connection strings
• send the Settings sidebar item directly to AI Providers and add regression coverage for the new route target
